There's a New City in Town
Designed by award-winning international architectural firm Renzo Piano Building Workshop, City Center Bishop Ranch, located in San Ramon, California, was conceived to be more than a shopping mall. With a nod to the central gathering spaces in Europe, the $300 million open-air center offers suburbanites the opportunity to experience the communal spirit of city living – without the 45-minute commute into San Francisco. Inspired by this concept, we created a launch campaign to promote a destination where fun, fashion and fitness come together.
The ad campaign features a series of unexpected pairings set against the brand's iconic orange square. With clever headlines and a stylish aesthetic, we show off the center’s wide array of offerings with a vibe that's elevated, fun and approachable.
Since opening, City Center Bishop Ranch has become the community hot spot and continues to grow its distinctive collection of retailers, restaurants and entertainment. It also recently became the largest retail center in the U.S. to earn LEED Platinum certification. Current tenant, Barry Braden, co-founder of Fieldwork Brewing Company stated, “San Ramon doesn’t have anything like this… City Center can really become a destination.”
“EVERGIB has a very rare balance of poise, intelligence, discipline and creative ability that is difficult to find. Their solutions are always well thought out, strategically on message and incorporate a keen attention to detail in every creative medium.”
